Megaforce is a private-label energy drink which is widely-distributed in Finland at S Group stores and which has existed since at least 1997. It competed in a class of Red Bull clones from the time it was initially put on the market in '97 and has remarkably stuck around since then. It is cheap, at €1.45 for 500mL, and comes in much larger cans than typical Red Bulls. It is packed in the Netherlands by Refresco, which is a copacker (contract packer) rather than a brand itself in the energy drink space.

It seems the current lineup of Megaforce is Regular, Sugarfree, Solar Citrus and Banana. All cheap. Today I have the Original.

The carbonation on Megaforce is dull and faint, making this a refreshing drink to sip in the hot Summer sun.

In terms of taste, I can hear the metallic echo of Red Bull in every slug. If you like Red Bull (original) you'll like Megaforce. And boy, do I.

It feels uncreative comparing almost every euro energy drink to Red Bull. But I stand by it because it's accurate, in almost every case. They never recovered from the paralyzing initial release of Red Bull in 1987, and that's fine!
